Livestock
We have an arrive alive guarantee on all fish, plants and inverts. If your item is DOA you must email a picture clearly showing the specimen with a toothpick inserted in to it within two hours of delivery to support@marinewarehouseaquarium.com. If item is DOA we will automatically apply credit to your account. Shipping will not be refunded. All sales on livestock are final, there will be no returns. You must sign on first delivery attempt or guarantee is void.
Dry Goods
Dry goods will have a 15 day return available on unopened items unless otherwise stated in item description. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. There will be a 10% restocking fee. No returns are allowed without an RMA. Please email support@marinewarehouseaquarium.com with order number, item and reason for return and we will send you an RMA after reviewing request. Defective items that have a manufacturers warranty must be handled through the manufacturer.
